  1. I strongly agree with the writer, the skill to be able to use power strategically and can contribute to change is a very sought after by employers. Power should be used strategically and effectively to encourage change within the business. A difference between an average leader and a good leader is that a good leader would have knowledge on how to properly encourage their team as well as understand how to use their power to better the team.
