Change is the lifeblood of organizations. It can determine whether a business thrives or fails. But what's often overlooked is the detailed interaction between power, politics, and change within these organizations. After reading this article I did get some valuable insight especially for a future career. It can equip future professionals with deep understanding of the detailed relationship between power, politics, and organizational change. The knowledge can be very valuable for roles involving strategic decision making, change management leadership and many more.
